Description:
The Kansas Master Naturalist program trains volunteers who are interested in all aspects of Kansas natural history.
Over a period of 11 training periods (all of Saturday mornings), participants learn about:
- Interpretation
- Geology and Soils
- Ecology
- Weather and Climate
- Entomology
- Ichthyology
- Mammalogy
- Ornithology
- Botany
- Herpetology

Cost:
$120 per person. Participants receive a 3-ring binder with curriculum materials and KMN name badges upon graduation.
Visitors who wish to sit in on the training but are not interested in being certified may attend for free.
